The Grafton Hunt branch of The Pony Club

The Grafton Hunt Branch was one of the original fourteen Pony Club branches started in early 1930. Today we have over 250 members who enjoy a wide variety of Pony Club activities. These include Show Jumping, Dressage, Eventing, Pony Racing, Mounted Games, Tetrathlon, Dressage to Music and Polo. The Grafton is delighted to have a large "mini" membership (ages 4-9) who have a wonderful time with treasure hunts and teddy bear's picnics as well as being included in rallies and competitions. The branch takes training very seriously with all our members benefiting from a rolling programme of training for tests and badges. We also run courses for parents. e.g. How to reverse a trailer.

We are a busy and happy branch who at all times try to remember that as members of The Pony Club, we stand for the best in sportsmanship as well as in horsemanship. We compete for the enjoyment of the game well played and take winning or losing in our stride, remembering that without good manners and good temper, sport loses its cause for being.

The Grafton Pony Club is always delighted to welcome new members.
